Climate of Gambia

The Gambia has sub-tropical climate and this climate is divided in two, the dry season and the raining season. The raining season starts end of May to the beginning of October.

During the period of the raining season the country is hot and sometimes cloudy before the rain comes It is the best time to see the entire country green with more agricultural activities.The dry season is warm and every day sun shine is guaranteed. The wind is moderately hot and the land is less green.

The Gambia has an average day time temperature of 32 to 35 degrees  and an evening temperature depending on the country, but around the coast it can be 17 to 20 degrees.
